research assistant vs analyst programmer

salam petang.. today i feel really sleepy, maybe i am tired because yesterday i travel a lot..i am back to my hometown at sabak bernam selangor for wedding ceremony and visiting my grandma...and miss to watch aff suzuki match between Malaysia and Thailand. The result is 1 - 1, seems equal and fair..hehehe..this is not the main topic that i want to share, i just want to share about my dilemma on my career path.now i am work as research assistant in public university in center of city. Actually i am still new to this job..it seems that this is my first job..at first i don't enjoy it , i accept this offer because i am jobless..then past few weeks i feel enjoys in research field and i think i am suits in it. my boss or my project coordinator wants me to further studies for masters..it was a great opportunity and in i my opinion its challenging for me cause i need to handle a project and handle a full research master too. but the benefits is..the university will cover all the fees cause i had work with them..the benefit is i got monthly wages and also in 2 years time i will got master. inst it great cause i don't need to apply for any scholarship that needs several documents and procedure such as an interview to be selected for the scholarship or scheme.
